London, October 8 2025 – 4Syte, an independent working capital provider, has today announced that in December 2024 it entered into an agreement with a top-tier Bank for the transfer of relevant assets within the Bank’s factoring portfolio.
The deal is a significant step in the continued growth of the 4Syte invoice finance business.
“We are very pleased to have agreed the transfer of this factoring portfolio and since December we have been working with the Bank to ensure there is a positive experience and negligible cost and disruption to clients during this transition.
